To qualify for a returns or refund, the criteria are as follows.
The item must be a minimum of 50 meters.
It must be in the same condition that you received it.
The original packaging should be intact.
To process your return, submit your proof of purchase via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, as it may hinder the refund process.
We will guide you through the return procedure once your item is approved for return.
Please understand that return and refund policies are determined by the manufacturer, not All In The Wrap Ltd.
After your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund.
The manufacturer must approve the refund before we proceed.
Approval or rejection of your refund will be notified within fourteen days of receipt.
Upon approval, your refund will be processed quickly, and the amount will be credited back using the original payment method.
