Returns And Refunds Policy

Unfortunately, orders of less than 50 meters cannot be returned without agreement from the manufacturer.
To qualify for a returns or refund, the criteria are as follows.
The item must be a minimum of 50 meters (this is placed by the manufacturer and not All In The Wrap)
It must be in the same condition that you received it.
The original packaging should be intact.
To process your return, submit your proof of purchase via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (not by email or message).
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, as it may hinder the refund process.
We will guide you through the return procedure once your item is approved for return.
Please understand that return and refund policies are determined by the manufacturer, not All In The Wrap.
After your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund.
The manufacturer must approve the refund before we proceed.
Approval or rejection of your refund will be notified within fourteen days of receipt (not from the date you send it).
Upon approval, your refund will be processed quickly and the amount will be credited back using the original payment method.
If you haven’t received your refund after 28 working days, double-check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then follow up with us at [email protected].
For defective or damaged items, replacements may be provided, subject to the manufacturer’s assessment and final decision.
For exchanges, please email us at [email protected], and we will assist you with the necessary steps.
In case of a gift:
If marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, a gift credit for the value will be issued.
If not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the gift giver.
Returning A Product
To return a product (only return your product once authorised by our head office), use the following address and ensure to use a recorded courier service.

The customer covers return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
Failure to pay the return shipping cost will lead to a deduction from the refund,
including a £50 administrative fee.
For valuable items, consider using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance,
as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
