PM04 LX Water Based Primer 3KG

Description

LX Hausys Water Based Primer Suitable for raw wood and porous surfaces.

This can be either applied as it is giving two hours drying time between coats of watered down at 3 to 1 (one part water three parts primer, when watered down an extra coat may be required)

It is a NON SOLVENT based Primer and assist with the adhesion of the vinyl wrap.

PM04 – Water Based Primer – LX Hausys

Primer

PM04 is water based primer which is exclusively used for LX Hausys Interior Film.

It can enhance application stability of LX Hausys Interior Films when used for various substrates such as wood, board, steel plate and painted plate.

How to use

1. Before applying the primer, if necessary depending on the type of the substrate, use tools such as sandpaper to smooth & flatten the substrate.

After completely removing foreign substances such as dust, moisture & oil from the surface, you can apply the primer.

The substrate must be completely dried before primer application.

2. The ideal applying amount of PM04 to ensure the best adhesion performance is 120~200g/m2.

3. When applying primer to the edge of the substrate, please don’t mix PM04 with water & use the undiluted solution.

4. When applying to the flat surface PM04 must be mixed with water for work efficiency.

The mixing ratio of water must be within 30% & must be used within 2 hours after mixing.

If excessive amount of water is added into PM04, water & primer may be stratified & the primer performance may be dropped.

5. After applying PM04, please let it dry for at least 2 hours.

In case of applying primer during winter season or at high humidity environment, dry PM04 completely by heat gun or hair dryer before attaching LX Hausys Interior Films to the primed surface.

6. PM04 can be stored on year from the date of manufacture if it’s completely sealed in a container originally provided.

If opened, please use it as soon as possible.

CAUTION

1. When you store the primer after opening, please make sure to keep the primer sealed & place it in a cool place free from direct sunlight & moisture.

2. Since PM04 is a water based primer, it can be frozen in winter.

So please store PM04 at room temperature during winter not to freeze it.

3. Do not use primer for any purpose other than for BENIF installation.

First aid

1. If PM04 gets into your eyes, wash with clean water or saline solution immediately & seek medical care from doctor.

2. If PM04 gets on your skin, remove contaminated clothing immediately & wash skin quickly with clean water & soap.

3. If you have swallowed PM04, rinse your mouth immediately with water & contact emergency services & seek medical assistance.
