This can be either applied as it is giving one hour drying time between coats of watered down at 3 to 1 (one part water three parts primer, when watered down an extra coat may be required)

It is a NON SOLVENT based Primer and assist with the adhesion of the vinyl wrap.

Spread evenly across the surface and allow to dry for the minimum of ONE HOUR per coat, some surfaces may require TWO coats of Primer before laying the vinyl wrap
