LX Hausys Product Warranty, Shelf Life & Storage

1) Apply the Product within 2 years of the date of production.

2) Storage Conditions between 10~30℃.

3) Keep in a clean & dry area, away from direct sunlight and humidity.

4) Should be stored horizontally in an original carton box with end caps.

5) Stack no more than 6 carton boxes high.

6) Keep at room temperature (15 to 25℃) for 72 hours before use.

Basic Product Warranty

LX Hausys Interior Film is a self-adhesive decorative film.

It is designed for interior applications only in Residential & Commercial premises.

LX Hausys warrants that its Interior Film is free from manufacturing defects.

Limited Warranty

1) For indoor use only, LX Hausys warrants for the period specified below, which will start from earlier date between:

(a) Product installation date & (b) six months after All In The Wrap Product shipment date.

The product will have no significant discolouration, cracking or other similar visual defects for the period specified below.

2) For a buyer’s convenience, All In The Wrap will on demand offer general technical information, installation instruction.

LX Hausys only warrants it’s interior film & does not guarantee any other product.

3) This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

(a) Altered, modified, or processed in any way.

(b) Failure to follow recommendations in the Warranty, Technical Data Sheet and Installation Manual.

(c) Misuse, Accident, Neglect, or other action by anyone other than LX Hausys.

(d) Improper installation or usage occurs in several ways. This includes installation after the end of the product’s shelf life. It also involves installation without proper surface preparation.

(Warranty applies only if LX Hausys primer or equivalent primer is used).

If there is any defect in adhesion with the equivalent primer, the buyer must inform All In The Wrap. They need to give the brand and product name.

They must also give the composition or information on ingredients of the primer used.

(e) Being exposed to Excessive Heat, Humidity, Dirt or UV Light.

4) In case of any complaint, the buyer shall inform to All In The Wrap in writing.

(written notification must not be later than ten (10) days after defect occurs.

This notice shall include the date on which the relevant defect is detected and a description of defect.

Application Warranty Period

Interior Applications with NO Direct UV Exposure/ Heat & Moisture free areas 1 year

Expected Performance Life

The expected performance life is seven (7) to ten (10) years for indoors, vertical applications with NO Direct UV Exposure.
